1. Introduction

Welcome to 24CraftsHub, an online community platform designed to connect film, television, and media professionals, including but not limited to actors, dancers, makeup artists, directors, and technicians, for profile sharing, auditions, collaborations, and networking. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details as necessary.

• You must not:

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

  • Create multiple accounts for the same individual.

  • Share your account access with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for:

• Profile showcasing (including photos, videos, resumes, and work samples).

• Audition and job listings posted by verified users.

• Messaging and networking among industry professionals.

• Collaborative opportunities and knowledge sharing.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post or solicit illegal content (as per Indian laws, including the IT Act, 2000 and IPC).

• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, hateful, or abusive.

• Promote fraudulent or misleading auditions, job offers, or services.

• Upload harmful software, viruses, or disruptive technologies.

• Engage in harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior.

• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

5. Content Guidelines and User-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., photos, videos, profiles). However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content. We do not pre-screen all uploads, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

• Prohibited Content:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material (except as legally permissible for artistic purposes in media industry profiles).

  • False or misleading information.

  • Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

6. Auditions, Job Listings, and Third-Party Interactions

• The Platform serves as a facilitator for users to connect and explore opportunities. We do not guarantee the authenticity of all audition or job listings.

• Users must exercise due diligence when engaging with opportunities.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Financial transactions or employment contracts between users.

  • Disputes arising from user interactions.

  • Losses or damages resulting from reliance on third-party posts.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Platform’s design, logo, branding, and proprietary features (excluding user content) are owned by 24CraftsHub and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

• You must not use, copy, or distribute Platform materials without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as per the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data for Platform functionality and legal compliance.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination does not affect any obligations accrued prior to termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
